This business plan template is based on the Meadow Way framework.

We’re often taught to think of life and business as a balancing act- as if everything must be kept perfectly level at all times. Growth and rest. Ambition and family. Strategy and soul. But life and business aren't on a scale. They’re a meadow.

A meadow is alive, seasonal, and intentional. You don’t “balance” it- you tend to it. You choose what to plant, you decide what gets to grow, and you’re allowed to remove what no longer feels aligned, even if it once looked beautiful on the surface.

This framework helps you build a business the same way: by making conscious choices about what you grow, sustain, and let go of. Each section of this plan is designed to guide those decisions with clarity and intention. Let’s begin building your business- the Meadow Way.
