I speak and moderate on themes that sit at the intersection of purpose, leadership, sustainability, and human agency- grounded in my 20 + years of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO, advisor, and sustainability leader.

My talks don’t just share ideas- they take audiences on a journey inward and outward: provoking reflection, illuminating context, and inspiring meaningful action. I challenge individuals and organisations to rethink what’s possible when values and strategy align, and to see sustainability not as a constraint but as a strategic advantage and shared opportunity.

Together with event organisers, I tailor the content to support your specific theme and goals,  whether the focus is on conscious leadership, inner or outer sustainability, organisational change, or collective action. My aim is always the same: leave audiences not just informed, but empowered and equipped to contribute to the future we want to create.

Topics I often address include (but are not limited to):

  • Integrating sustainability into business strategy

  • Leadership for systems change

  • Aligning values with performance and growth

  • Inner development as a foundation for sustainable impact

I also offer moderation for panels and discussions, creating space for deep insights, nuanced conversation, and diverse perspectives.

”Everything is possible! Inspiring speech by Alexandra about the journey of starting her own business, the will to make a difference and how that turned into Yuhme. She shared the message beautifully on how we can all make a difference, and that we are stronger together.”
